By 2020, Daimler will invest about 1.5 billion Euros in the Mercedes-Benz plant Sindelfingen as part of the safeguarding of the future. The plant will be modernized comprehensively and put on a sustainable foundation. In addition, another 600 million Euros will be invested in research and development at the Sindelfingen location.
